New Years 2009 - We had family in town for Jaxsen's Baptism. We decided to spend the afternoon at a place called Garden of the Gods that we had heard so much about. It is beautiful with lots of hikes/walking trails. The rock formations are amazing. The kids had fun seeing how high they could climb. We look forward to going back soon and spending more time there.
The following day on Jan 2, 2009. Jaxsen was baptized. Grandma and Grandpa Thurman and Grandma and Grandpa Vehar came to spend this special day with us. We are very proud of Jaxsen and love him very much.

I am so glad to see photos of your guys and what you have been up too. It is amazing that only in a few months, that your kids look so much older. Krystalyn and Kaytlyn got the fun and cute letters from your girls. They are working on their letters to send to your girls.
Yeah, we are so glad to see what you guys are up to!! you all look great and it looks like you have some fun exploring to do down there. We miss having you close by, talmage always want to go play at pheonix's house, then i have to break the news to him that he isn't that close anymore. hopefully someday we will join you down there!!!

Hey there! I just saw your blog from Jana's. How are you guys? My sister Kristen and her family are moving to Colorado this week (Erie -20 miles N. of Denver). Maybe we will make it out there someday to visit.
